Privacy Policy — K53 Learning Hub

K53 Learning Hub ("the App") is a mobile application for South African K53 learner's licence test preparation, developed by Driving School Hub. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

All user data (quiz progress, scores, settings, Pro purchase status) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your phone.

2. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain device information (such as advertising ID, device type, and IP address) to serve relevant ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

The App requests non-personalised ads by default. You can manage your ad preferences through your device's settings.

Pro users who have purchased the upgrade do not see any advertisements, and no ad-related data is collected for those users.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a once-off Pro upgrade through the Google Play Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment details.

4. Analytics

The App does not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages.

6. Data Retention

All app data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data. There is no server-side data to delete.
